By booking or participating in our one-day darshan journey, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Booking & Seat Availability
    • Each trip has a maximum capacity of 16 seats only.
    • All bookings are subject to seat availability at the time of confirmation.
    • A booking will be confirmed only after payment verification and confirmation of seat availability.
    • If the required number of seats is not available at the time of confirmation, the booking will not be processed.
    • In such cases, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Seats are allocated based on confirmed bookings only.

  1. Payment Policy
    • Payment must be made as communicated at the time of booking.
    • Booking confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or phone after successful payment verification.
    • Any personal expenses during the trip (meals, shopping, special darshan tickets, etc.) are not included unless specifically mentioned.
  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    • Cancellation requests must be informed in advance via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
    • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation.
    • No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
    • In case of trip cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances (weather conditions, government restrictions, vehicle breakdown, or insufficient bookings), we reserve the right to reschedule or issue a refund at our discretion.
  1. Trip Schedule & Itinerary
    • The itinerary is planned carefully but may be adjusted due to traffic conditions, temple timings, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
    • Arrival and return timings are approximate and may vary.
    • Passengers are requested to report at the starting point on time. Delays by passengers may affect the schedule.
  1. Passenger Responsibilities
    • Passengers must follow temple dress codes and local customs.
    • Respectful behavior towards religious places, co-passengers, and staff is expected at all times.
    • Any damage caused to the vehicle or property due to negligence will be the responsibility of the concerned passenger.
    • Passengers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
  1. Health & Safety
    • Elderly passengers or those with medical conditions should inform us prior to travel.
    • We are not responsible for personal medical emergencies during the journey.
    • Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the driver or trip coordinator.
  1. Vehicle & Travel
    • Travel will be provided in a Force Urbania vehicle or a similar category vehicle if required.
    • Seating arrangement is subject to availability and operational convenience.
    • We reserve the right to change the vehicle if necessary for operational reasons.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    • Thiruvananthapuram Darshan acts as a travel service provider and is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, natural events, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
    • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website.
