  • All bookings made through this website are subject to availability and verification.
  • Booking confirmation email will be sent only after cross-checking availability and successful payment status.
  • The booking system does not automatically stop bookings once availability is full.
  • If a booking is received after availability has been exceeded, the booking may not be accommodated.
  • If payment is completed but the booking cannot be accommodated due to availability constraints, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 5–7 working days, depending on the payment gateway and bank processing timelines.
  • Once a booking is confirmed and the confirmation email is sent, cancellations or changes are not permitted, unless explicitly stated.
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
